Structural characteristics
The main contents are as follows: 1. The valve body of the fully welded ball valve is forged with high quality material, the ball body is installed on the side, the middle flange and neck are connected by full welding, and the fully welded structure has less leakage.
2. Valve seat piston effect. Ball valves can provide three combinations of piston effects: 1, upstream and downstream are single piston effect seats, that is, DBB function; 2, upstream and downstream are double piston effect seats, that is, DIB-1 function 3, upstream is single piston effect seat, downstream is double piston effect seat, that is, DIB-2 function
3. There are two kinds of seals between the valve seat and the ball: one is the traditional soft sealing structure, and the other is the BTL combined sealing structure which has obtained the national patent technology.
4. The valve stem is designed to prevent blowout, which can prevent the valve stem from ejecting from the valve body due to improper operation.
5. All welded ball valves are equipped with fireproof and antistatic devices.
6. Emergency sealing grease injection entrance is designed for seat seal and stem seal. Normal sealing does not depend on sealing grease. When the leakage caused by the damage of the sealing surface, the sealing grease can be injected for emergency repair. Each grease orifice is fitted with a grease valve and an embedded one-way valve.
7. Sewage outlet and empty outlet. A discharge valve is installed in the lowest position of the valve body, which can empty and discharge the valve cavity; a discharge valve is installed in the upper part of the valve body, which can empty and clean the valve cavity on-line. Discharge valves and emptying valves can be isolation valves or special discharge joints to ensure safety, reliability and ease of use.
8. A connecting disk that can be equipped with various driving devices. The driving device includes handle, worm gear, electric, pneumatic, gas-hydraulic linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, etc.
9. It is convenient to adjust the position. When the actuator is replaced or installed online, the position of the ball hole cannot be seen clearly. The BTL ball valve provides a special "positioning slot", which can easily and accurately find the position where the ball valve is fully open and closed. Facilitate the adjustment of the limit device of the actuator
10. For valves with welded ends, the end material (transition section) can be adjusted according to the pipe material grade response of the user to ensure the adaptability and weldability of the material strength. For the valve with sleeves at both ends, the length of the sleeves can ensure that the on-site welding operation has no effect on the sealing material.
11. Buried design. For buried valves, the stem is lengthened according to the needs of the project to facilitate ground operation, and the corresponding grease injection, sewerage and emptying devices are extended from the pipe to the ground.
