ZSQ lightweight pneumatic piston shut-off valve is a pneumatic unit portfolio instruments in the execution unit. It receives signals from the adjustment of the instrument, control the process piping fluid flow switch on or off the road.
Action principle
When the signal pressure is zero, because the spring (single action only) preload, the spool is in the initial state (normally open or normally closed). When the received signal actuator pressure (0.4 ~ 0.6MPa), compression springs, drive putter, valve spool moves to the limit position, the valve fully open or fully closed. Medium in the pipeline achieve the ON, OFF or switching control between the pipeline. Equipped with two three power-like valve, piston-type shut-off valve control is more convenient and simple.
Structural principle
Pneumatic piston shut-off valve by the pneumatic piston actuator with bipartite straight trip bodies, then by the middle of the stent edges together. According to the form of adjustment mechanism, pneumatic piston shut-off valve can be divided into direct single seat shut-off valve (ZSQP type), through the sleeve shut-off valve (ZSQM type), two-way shut-off valve (ZSQN type) three types. Pneumatic piston actuator has a single acting (spring return) and double acting (double intake) two kinds. Single-acting actuators, the whole effect can be divided into the air off type (horizontal lines on) gas open (horizontal lines disconnected). Shut-off valve has a pneumatic piston seal and soft seal two kinds of sealed formation were applied to different temperatures and pressures. ZSQM pneumatic piston sleeve off valve with balanced poppet, can increase the pressure off. Two-way shut-off valve using Stone Body, there are three streams crossing, especially suitable for two flow path switching.
